These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of workinghealthyu.com (the "Site"), run by Accelerate Therapy and Performance ("Accelerate," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Information only, not medical advice

Everything on the Site, including articles, videos, and resources, is general information about workplace health and injury prevention. It is not medical, legal, or insurance advice, and it does not create a patient or provider relationship. For any medical concern, see a qualified healthcare provider. In an emergency, call 911.

3. Cost Savings Calculator and other tools

Our calculator and similar tools give estimates based on the numbers you enter and on published industry data. Results are for planning purposes only. Your actual results depend on many factors and are not guaranteed.

4. Our services

Scheduling a call or requesting information does not create a contract for services. Our injury prevention programs are provided only under a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.

• Send false information or pretend to be someone else
• Upload viruses or harmful code, or try to access parts of the Site you are not permitted to

The text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, and other content on the Site belong to Accelerate or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to our pages for personal or internal business use. Please get our written permission before copying, changing, or republishing our content.

The Site uses tools from other companies, like our scheduling and chat features, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

If you misuse the Site or break these Terms, you agree to cover any claims, losses, or costs that result for Accelerate, including reasonable attorney fees.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any dispute about the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above. Using the Site after an update means you accept the new Terms.
