Workplace Injury Prevention

Not sure whether your employee’s musculoskeletal discomfort requires a costly doctor visit? Early Intervention can help.

Typically 90 to 95% of discomfort reports are minor enough that quick action can alleviate the pain and eliminate the need for medical attention. ATP provides a practical model that identifies and helps those individuals who don’t need immediate care. We do so through a variety of options including our onsite certified early intervention specialists, nationwide network of physical therapy clinics, and a 24/7 telephone triage team.

Most important, we work on-site to identify the root cause of the issue. Our professionals can evaluate ergonomic risk and recommend work design improvements as well as coach the employee on different work methods to avoid injury.

We deliver the expert care needed to keep your employees injury-free and provide you a lower cost solution.

That is why ATP offers the most comprehensive suite of ergonomics services, training, and technology available. We combine a Six Sigma approach with systems and processes that make finding solutions simple and cost effective. Every ATP solution is customized to what you need.

In an industry where others have made ergonomics complex and costly, you will be amazed at our approach.

Our on-site clinics simplify employee access, reduce costs, and speeds the flow of information among all parties, ensuring timely delivery of rehabilitation services. Most important, your employees feel cared for, appreciated, and valued.

06

Wellness

The wellness of your employees has a direct and proven impact on injury risk.

ATP combines early intervention or on-site therapy services with a wellness program to provide a total solution for you and your employees. Our approach goes beyond a simple health promotion program. We gather health related data, identify at-risk employees, and provide the one-on-one care they require.

Wellness is no longer just for companies wanting to do something nice for their employees. It is for companies who care about the health and safety of their employees and understand that there is a cost benefit to having healthy employees.
